RESOLUTION NO. 591 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN BEECH STREET, GARFIELD
AVENUE AND CARLSBAD BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Five Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars
($5,478.00) from the General Fund Unappropriated Fund Balance, Account No.
01-000-0900, to the Project Fund, Account No. 01-170-3021, is hereby authorized
and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 10 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 4th day of September , 1979, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
