mrposes; said Easement is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
iild is incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
Jetermined it to be in the public interest to accept said Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
:ity of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Easement conveying real property to the City
)f Carlsbad for street purpcises, is hereby accepted.
3.> That the City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause the
iriginal Easement to be recorded in the Office of the County
.ecorde~ of San Diego County, State of California, with the
ppropriate Certificate of Acceptance att.ached.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
