RESOLUTION NO. 5958
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5880, BY THE APPOINTMENT OF TWO ADDITIONAL
OPING A PUBLIC FACILITIES FEE. MEMBERS TO THE CITIZENS' COMMITTEE FOR DEVEL-
WHEREAS, the City Council, by adoption of Resolution No. 5880, appointed
a Citizens' Committee for development of a Public Facilities Fee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint two additional members to
the Citizens' Committee;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution No. 5880 is amended to include
:he appointment of the following citizens:
MARTY ROMBOTI S
ROSEMARY STAFFORD
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at an adjourned regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 20th day of
September, 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
Councilwoman Casler AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None
