RESOLUTION NO. 5941
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE LIBRARY MEZZANINE EXTERIOR STAIRMAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Dollars
($2,570.00) from Unappropriated Fund Balance, Account No. 01 -000-0900, to the
Library Mezzanine Exterior Stairway Project Fund, Account No. 01-170-3071 , is
hereby authorized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 14 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 7nd day of October , 1979, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Anear, Lewis and
NOES: No ne Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: Councilman Skotnicki
