RESOLUTION NO. 5960
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS WITHIN THE PERSONNEL
DEPARTMENT 1979-1980 FY BUDGET.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows:
1. That the transfer of Three Thousand Dollard ($3,000.00)
within the Personnel Department 1979-1980 FY Budget from
Account No. 1110 Salaries to Account No. 3900 Equipment to
equip new department facilities is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 18
on file in said department and incorporated by reference herein
is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the 16th day of
october , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT: None
