RESOLUTION NO. 5961
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFO-RNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR
THE PURCHASE OF OFFICE FURNITURE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
s follows:
1. that the bid of Lewis & OrNeill Office Furniture, Inc;
102 San Luis Rey Road; Oceanside, Ca 92054, is hereby accepted
nd the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a contract
Ir the purchase of office furniture at a cost of $11,376.39,
Lus tax, for a total of $12,058.97.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
5 Carlsbad at a regular meeting held on the
October , 1979, by the following vote, to wit:
