RESOLUTION NO. 5992
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, CREATING AND ESTABLISHING
ING MEMBERS THERETO. THE PROJECT AREA ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND APPOINT-
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, by adoption of Ordinance No. 1224, has assigned the
duties of the Project Area Committee to the Community Development
Comittee; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, desires that the previously appointed members of the
Project Area Committee continue to serve in an advisory
capacity until such time as the Redevelopment Plan is completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following citizens are appointed as members
of the Project Area Advisory Committee:
Jeffrey Chandler Robert Nielsen Norris Cochran David Ruhnau Kennith Criss Frankie Gene Runzo Thelma Hayes
3. That the appointments are to be for a term concurrent
with the existence of the committee.
4. That the committee shall serve in an advisory
capacity to the Carlsbad Housing and Redevelopment Advisory
Committee on matters relating to the Redevelopment Plan.
5. That the Project Area Advisory Committee shall
terminate upon Council adoption of the Redevelopment Plan.

EASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a Regular Meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the 30th day of a,
1979, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and Councilwoman Casler NOES: None
