CITY OF cARI;SBAD, CALIFOHNLA, DENYING
A cJ;AIIvI AGAINST THE CITY.
WHEREAS, on November 9, 1979 Steven K. and Catherine N. Gr-rrwo d, through
sir attorney, filed a claim asainst the City of Carlsbad in the munt
$1,354,000;
WHEREAS, State law requires that the City Council consider all
aims and take action to approve, approve in part, or deny said claim;
NOW, -RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
rlsbad as follows:

That the City Council has considered the facts and circumstances
