RESOLUTION NO. 5837
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA,
APPOINTING A MEMBER TO THE CARLSBAD BUILDING AUTHORITY.
WHEREAS, the term of office of Carlsbad Building Authority
member L. J. HUKING expires in October, 1979;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following person is hereby appointed to serve
as a member of the Carlsbad Building Authority:
ARTHUR BROWN for a term to expire in
October, 1983.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad, California, at a regular meeting held the 4th
day of December , 1979, by the following vote to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
