RESOLUTION NO. 6012
A RESOLU ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORN A, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
OF THE CARLSBAD COMMUNITY SWIM COMPLEX - CONTRACT NO. 1071
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to construct the Carlsbad Community
Swim Complex; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, mater-
ial, tools, equipment, transportation and other expenses necessary or inci-
dental for said project, Contract No. 1071, have been prepared and are on file
in the Engineering Department of the City of Carlsbad and are incorporated by
reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.

The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and di-
rected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
for the construction of the Carlsbad Community Swim Complex,
071, in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove
inviting bids

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 4th day of December , 1979,
by the following vote, to wit:
