RESOLUTION NO. 6014
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE
AMENDED 1979-1980 OPERATING BUDGET OF THE ENCINA WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Twenty Six Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Two
Dollars ($26,272) from the Sanitation Unappropriated Reserves, Account No.
l2-OOO-O9OO, to the Sanitation Water Pollution Fund, Account No. 12-117-2450,
is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 29 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 4th day of December , 1979, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
AYES : Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES: None
