RESOLUTION NO. 6023
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF STREET RESTORATION IMPROVEMENTS IN PORTIONS
OF TAMARACK AVENUE, EL CAMINO REAL AND PALISADES DRIVE -
CONTRACT NO. 1066
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars
($4,550) from the Genera 1 Fund Unappropr i a ted Reserves, Account No. 01 -000-0900
to the Pub1 ic Works Professional Services Account, No. 01-125-2450, is hereby
authorized and approved.
2. That the Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 32 on file in said
department and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 18thday of Acember , 1979, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and
NOES : None Councilwoman Casler
ABSENT : None
