RESOLUTION NO. 6028
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH RALPH ANDERSEN AND ASSOCIATES FOR THE PURPOSE OF SERVING AS CONSULTANTS.
WHEREAS, the City Council has concurred in the recommendation
to have the services of a consultant for recruiting of a Police
Chief;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above statement is true and correct.
2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to sign the
agreement with Ralph Andersen and Associates, for services
incorporated herein by reference and on file in office of City
Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 3nd day Of January , 1980, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and Councilwoman Casler NOES: None
