RESOLUTION NO. 6069
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A DONATION OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00)
WHEREAS, the Garden Club of Carlsbad wishes to present a
donation of one hundred dollars ($100.00) to be used to purchase
roses for Magee Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant
to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the recitations are true and correct

Carlsbad.
That the City Council accepts the donation of one hundred
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
