That the abme recitations are true and correct. That the City Council has considered the facts and circmstances of the above-described claim, 3. 4. That the City Council hereby denies said claim. That the City Attorney is directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the clahmt and to the City's insurance carrier and to wly with all other notice requirements provided by law.
