RESOLUTION NO. 6113 ' e OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
OF CONSIDERATION FOR VARIOUS EASEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
approved the acquisition of right-of-way to accommodate the
widening of Carlsbad Boulevard from Tamarack Avenue to Elm Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, appraisals have been made for the seventeen parcels
of property which are necessary for the proposed project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it to be in the
public interest to acquire said rights-of-way and authorize
payment of consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the Finance Director is authorized to make
paynent of consideration to the fdliowing. party in the followin5
