RESOLUTION NO. 6124
A RESOLUTION OF THE
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 1076 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIG-
NALS AT ELM AVENUE AND PI0 PIC0 DRIVE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the installa-
tion of traffic signals at Elm Avenue and Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Contract No. 1076; an(
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by Select
Electric, Inc. in the amount of $54,887; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 02-200-3083 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $54,887 by Select Electric, Inc. fer the installation of
traffic signals at Elm Avenue and Pi0 Pic0 Drive, Contract No. 1076, is hereby
accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a con-
tract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 1st day of ADri 1 , 1980, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Skotnicki, Anear, Lewis and Councilwoman
