RESOLTUION NO. 6158
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING A
GIFT OF MONEY FOR PURCHASE OF SPECIAL
EQUIPMENT FOR PARAMEDIC USE.
WHEREAS, The Carlsbad Welcome Wagon Newcomers Club wishes
to make a donation of one thousand three hundred and ninety
dollars ($1,390.00) for the purchase of paramedic equipment;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift
pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government
Code :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for the
purchase of 2 Hi-Flo Pressure Regulators with Constant Flow, 2
Portable Laerdal Suction Units, and 1 Rubber Mast Suit for
Children for use by the paramedics on behalf of all the citizens
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 6th day of Ma Y , 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:

Councilmen Packard, Anear, Lewis, Councilwoman Casler and Kulchin
ABSENT: None
