RESOLUTION NO. 61 59
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA ACCEPTING
A GIFT OF MONEY FOR PURCHASE OF EQUIPMENT
FOR PARAMEDIC USE.
WHEREAS, The Woman's Club of Carlsbad wishes to make a
donation of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for the purchase of
equipment for use by the paramedics: and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift
pursuant to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government
Code :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the gift of money for
the purchase of paramedic equipment on behalf of all the citizens
of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held the 6th day of Ma v , 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
