RESOLUTION NO. 6160
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 1080 FOR THE REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF
CARPET IN THE CITY LIBRARY
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the removal
and installation of carpet in the City Library, Contract No. 1080; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by Fredricks
Sales, lnc. in the amount of $22,032 for Alternate 11; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 01-131-3900 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The low bid of $22,032 for Alternate I1 by Fredricks Sales, Inc. for
the removal and installation of carpet in the City Library, Contract No. 1080,
is hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to exe-
cute a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the =day of
