RESOLUTION NO. 6188
A NSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING
THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$12,850 TO COVER THE COSTS OF A PATROL BOAT, BUOYS AND COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT FOR AGUA HEDIONDA LAGOON.
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a permit and
Znforcement program for Agua Hedionda Lagoon; and
WHEREAS, to implement the program prior to July 1, 1980,
sn appropriation is necessary to purchase a boat, buoys and
zommunication equipment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
Jity of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the transfer of funds from the general fund
Zontingency account to Account Number 1-160-3900, Equipment
(Fund Transfer No. 71) is authorized.
3. That the Parks and Recreation Administration Account
Jumber 1-160-3900, Equipment funds shall have amounts transferred
;o cover the aforementioned costs reflected in Fund Transfer
Jumber 71.
