RESOLUTION NO. 6138
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSIONER TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL FOR ZONE 1.
WHEREAS, DAVID F. DAWES has resigned as a Commissioner of
the San Diego County Flood Control for Zone 1, effective March
14, 1980; and
WHEREAS, Carlsbad is the agency responsible for recommending
an individual to serve for Zone 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following-named person is hereby recommended
for appointment by the Board of Supervisors to serve as a
Commissioner for Zone 1 of the San Diego County Flood Control:
CARL NEISWENDER
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, at a Regular Meeting thereof, held
the 3rd day of June , 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Councilmen Packard, Anear, Lewis, Councilwomen Casler and
NOES : None Kulchin
