A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND BERRYMAN AND STEPHENSON INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. The certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad and Berryman
and Stephenson Inc. for consulting services for transportation engineering,
approved by Resolution No. 5770, is hereby amended by revising Article 111,
"Compensation" of that agreement to read:
a. For performance of services under Article la, lb, IC, Id, le, If, lg, and lh, a monthly retainer of $780 pl us i nci den tal out-of-pocket expenses.
2. The Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to execute said agreement for an on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Carlsbad held the 3rd day of
following vote, to wit:
