A kSOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
THE SALARY PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED
BY THE CARLSBAD FIREFIGHTERS' ASSOCIATION,
INL. FOR THE 1980-1981 FISCAL YEAR AND FUPTHER IMPLEMENTING THE ASSOCIATION AND
MANAGEMENT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 5851.
WHEREAS,, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on
July 23, 1979, by Resolution No. 5851 approve a Memorandum of Under.
standing betw'een Management and representatives of the Carlsbad
Firefighters' Association, Inc. which called for certain salary
adjustments oker a term of three fiscal years; and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate in accord with said
resolution for the City Council to amend Resolution No. 5851,
adopting a Salary Plan for Fiscal Year 1979-1980;
NOW, THEkEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
