RESOLUTION NO. 6230
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
THE SALARY PLAN FOR EMPLOYEES REPRESENTED
BY 1 THE CARLSBAD POLICE OFFICERS ' ASSOCIA-
TIQN DURING THE 1980-1981 FISCAL YEAR AND
FURTHER IMPLEMENTING THE ASSOCIATION AND
MANAGEMENT MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
ADqPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 5954.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad did on
October 2, 1979, by Resolution No. 5954 approve a Memorandum
of Understanding between Management and representatives
of the Carlsbad Police Officers' Association which called for
certain salary adjustments over a term of three fiscal years: and
WHEREAS, it is now appropriate in accord with said
resolution for the City Council to amend Resolution No. 5954,
adopting a Salary Plan for Fiscal Year 1979-1980;
NOW, THE$EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlshad as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the Salary Range Schedule for implementation
during Fiscal'Year 1980-1981 is set out in Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby adopted as the
Salary Plan of the City of Carlsbad for all employees covered
by said Memorqndum, effective October. 1, 1980 and April 1, 1981.
