RESOLUTION NO, 6218
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE HOME PLANT CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHOR-
SEWER PUMP STATION UPGRADE - CONTRACT NO. 1081
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and

in the Engineering Department and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
bad as follows:

The above recftations are true and correct.
The plans and specifications as presented are hereby approved.
3. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors
inviting bids for the Home Plant Sewer Pump Station Upgrade, Contract No. 1081,
in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 1st day of Ju1.y , 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
