RESOLUTION NO. 6222
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT TO PROVIDE BEACH SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the agreement between the City of Carlsbad and the
State of California, Department of Parks and Recreation to provide
lifeguard services, beach pick-up and toilet services on Carlsbad
Beach for a sum not to exceed $23,600, a copy of which agreement
is attached hereto, is hereby approved.
2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the.City of Carlsbad, California, held the 1st
day of July , 1980, by the following vote to wit:
