A +SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
A OMP PENS AT ION PLAN FOR COUNCIL APPOINTED
CIqY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING
OFqICIALS FOR THE 1980-81 FISCAL YEAR.

WHEREAS, lthe City Council has determined to make adjustments
n compensaticb for Council appointed officials;
I NOW, THEqEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
ity of Carlsbad as follows:

That the above recitations are true and correct.
That the Salary Schedule for City Council appointed
fficials for

the 1980-81 Fiscal Year shall be as follows:
Effective July 1, 1980
Attorney $1766 Bi-weekly
Manager $1862 Bi-weekly
3. City' Council appointed officials shall receive the
)enefits of the Management Compensation Plan except:
A. Section G shall not apply. Separation of the
:ity Manager and City Attorney is controlled by Municipal Code I
Zhapters 2.12

and 2.14 respectively.
The City Attorney shall be authorized to receive
the amount of' sixty-five dollars ($65) per month in lieu of
ioverage under the City's health and medical insurance plan,
