A -ESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CA 1 LSBAD AUTHORIZING A TRANSFER OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR! THE CONSTRUCTION OF STREET IMPROVEMENTS 6 TRAF- FIC~ SIGNAL AND LIGHTING ON PALOWAR AIRPORT ROAD 6 PASIEO DEL NORTE

BE IT IRESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
as follows: ,
1. That the transfer of Twelve Thousand Four Hundred Ten
Dollars ($12!,410) from Gas Tax Unappropriated Reserves, Account
No. 2-200-0900, to Gas Tax Project Account, Account No. 2-200-3034,
is hereby adthorized and approved.
2. TQat Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 1 on file
I in said department and incorporated by reference herein is approved ,
PASSEQ, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City
of Carlsbad 'at a regular meeting held the 15th - day of July 3
1980, by the following vote, to wit:
