CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING
A! RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
A FIRST AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF CARLSBAD AND THE REGENTS OF
THE UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA, SAN DIEGO
CAMPUS. TO PROVIDE PARAMEDIC INSTRUCTION.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California does
hereby resolve as follows:
1. That that certain agreement between the City of Carlsbad
and the Regents of the University of California, San Diego Campus,
for paramedic instruction be amended as follows:
(1. The date "June 30, 1980" appearing in Paragraph 17 is
deleted and the date "December 31, 1980" is substituted therefore.
Except as herein expressly amended this 15th day of July I
1980, said Agreement remains in full force and effect.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is hereby author-
ized and directed to execute said first amendment to the Agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Carlsbad.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, held on the 15th
day of Jiuly , 1980 by the following vote, to wit:
