RESOLUTION NO. 6275
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IZING THE EXECUTION OF CONTRACT NO. 1081 FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF HOME PLANT SEWER PUMP STATION UPGRADE IMPROVEMENTS
CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHOR-
WHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the
construction of Home Plant Sewer Pump Station Upgrade. Constract No. 1081; and
WHEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by Rick's
Excavating Company, Inc. in the amount of $39,992; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 16-207-3064 for this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Carl sbad as foll ows :
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The bid of $39,992 by Rick's Excavating Company, Inc. for the
construction of Home Plant Sewer Pump Station Upgrade, Contract No. 1081, is
hereby accepted and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a contract therefor.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the19thday of
following vote, to wit:
