WHEREAS, The County of San Diego has requested that the City of Carlsbad !xpress its intent to participate in the Seventh-Year Housing and Community levelopment Block Grant Program; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad desires to express ts intention to participate; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of arlsbad that the Cooperation Agreement attached hereto and incorporated hereir s though fully set fourth is hereby approved and the Mayor of the City of arlsbad hereby authorized to execute said document.
