RESOLUTION NO. 6298
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION
OF CONTRACT NO. 1083 FOR THE 1980-81 STREET RESURFACING
JHEREAS, bids have been received by the City of Carlsbad for the 1380-81
Resurfacing Program, Contract No. 1083; and
{HEREAS, the low bid received for this project was submitted by South
lsphalt Co. in the amount of S242,257.60; and
dHEREAS, funds are available in Account No. 2-200-2410 for this project;
qOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carls-
follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
