HomeMy WebLinkAbout1980-09-16; City Council; Resolution 62991 2 2 4 E ” E 7 € s 1c 11 18 I- u - 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 RESOLUTION NO. 6299 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING WITH CONDITIONS TENTATIVE MAP (CT 80-19) FOR A 9-UNIT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT AND APPROVING CONDOMINIUM PERMIT (CP-100) FOR SAID PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY .38 ACRES, GENERALLY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH- WEST CORNER OF GARFIELD STREET AND MAPLE AVENUE. APPLICANT: GROSSE. WHEREAS, on August 13, 1980 the Carlsbad Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 1679 recommending to the City Council that Tentative Subdivision Flap (CT 80-19) and Condominium Permit (CP-100) be conditionally approved; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, on I September 2, 1980, held a public hearing to consider the recommendations of the Planning Commission and to receive all Tecomendations and hear all persons interested in or opposed to Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 80-19) and Condominium Permit (CP-100) ; and WHEREAS, said Tentative Subdivision Map and Condominium Permit have been declared to have a nonsignificant impact on the environment and a Negative Declaration has been prepared and 5iled in compliance with the requirements of the City of Carldbad Environmental Protection Ordinance of 1972; l INOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the I City of Carlsbad, California as follows: R. That the above recitations are true and correct. lB. That the findings of the Planning Commission in Resollution No. 1679 constitute the findings of the City Council in thlis matter. C. D. That Tentative Subdivision Map (CT 80-19) and Condominium Permit (CP-100) are hereby approved subject to all appli~cable requirements and to the satisfaction of the following conditions: I 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. Approval is granted for CT 80-19/CP-100, as shown on lExhibits A, B, C, D, E, F and G, dated May 17, 1980, and 1Exhibi.t H, dated July 14, 1980, as modified by any lconditions of approval contained herein. Said site plan shall be submitted to land approved by the Planning Department prior to the 'issuance of building permits. Said CC&R's shall be submitted to and approved by the Planning Department prior to final map approval. In order to provide for fire protection during the ,construction period, the applicant shall maintain passable vehicular access to all buildings. In addition, adequate fire hydrants with required fire flows shall be installed on and off site as required by the Fire Department. The developer shall receive the approval of the City Engineer for a site grading plan and obtain a grading bermit prior to issuance of building permits.
