A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF A STORM DRAIN ON OCEAN STREET AND CEDAR
AVENUE
T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as fo
That the transfer of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) from

ated Reserves of the General Fund, Account No. 01-000-0900, to the
Ocean Street/Cedar Avenue Storm Drain Project Account, No. 01-170-3095, is
hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 9 on file in said de-
partment and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Car
at a regular meeting held the 7th day of October , 1980, by the fol
ing vote, to wit:
