RESOLUTION NO. 6310
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, APPROVING PLANS AND SPEClFtCATlONS AND AUTHOR-
IZING THE CITY CLERK TO INVITE BIDS FOR THE AGUA HEDIONDA
PARKING LOT EXPANSION - CONTRACT NO. 1084
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has determined it is
necessary and in the public interest to expand the Agua Hedionda beach parking
lot; and
WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the furnishing of all labor, mater!
als, tools, equrpment, transportation and other expenses necessary or inci-
dental for said project, Contract No. 1084, have been prepared and are on file
in the Engineering Department and are incorporated by reference herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbac
as follows:
1. The above recitations are true and correct.
2. The City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorized and di-
rected to proceed to publish, in accordance with law, notice to contractors in-
viting bids for the Agua Hedionda beach parking lot expansion, Contract No.
1084, in accordance with the plans and specifications hereinabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, at a regular meeting held the 7th
