RESOLUTION NO. 6313
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD CALIFORNIA, APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING AGENT OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR FIRE APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has deter-
mined that it is necessary and in the public interest to acquire fire apparatus
and equipment; and
WHEREAS, specifications for said fire apparatus and equipment have been
prepared and have been filed in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of
Carlsbad and are incorporated herein by reference;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Carlsbad,
California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

That the specifications as presented are hereby approved.
That the Purchasing Agent of the City of Carlsbad is hereby authorizer
and directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, Notice to Vendors
inviting bids for the fire apparatus and equipment hereinabove described in
accordance with the specifications herei nabove referred to.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 7th
1980, by the following vote, to wit:

NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Packard
