RESOLUTION NO. 6319
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS FOR THE CON-
STRUCTION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AND APPROACH IMPROVEMENTS AT
EL CAMINO REAL AND PALOMAR AIRPORT ROAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the transfer of Seven Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Dollars
($7,660) from the Gas Tax Unappropriated Reserves, Account No. 02-000-0900,
to the El Camino Real and Palomar Airport Road Signal Project Account, No.
02-200-3057, is hereby authorized and approved.
2. That Department of Finance Fund Transfer No. 22 on file in said de-
partment and incorporated by reference herein is approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held the 7th day of October , 1580, by the fol-
lowing vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Council Member Packard
