RESOLUTION NO. 6322
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD,
CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENT TO
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA FOR A FEDERAL
BICYCLE GRANT AND AUTHORIZING THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO
ALLOCATE FUNDS TO THE CITY OF CARLSBAD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That Supplement No. 4 to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 11-5308
for Local Agency Federal Bicycle Grant Program Projects, a copy of which is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference,
is hereby approved.
