A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA. ACCEPTING
A GRANT DEED FROM HUGHES INVESTMENTS
FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES PURPOSES.

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
letermined it to be in the public interest to accept said Deed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
