RESOLUTION NO. 6328
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, RECOMMENDING THE APPOINTMENT OF A COMMISSIONER TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR ZONE 1
WHEREAS, the term of CARL NEISWENDER expired October
5, 1980; and
WHEREAS, the City of Carlsbad is the agency responsible
for recommending an individual to serve on the District for
Zone 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the following-named person is hereby
recommended for appointment by the Board of Supervisors to serve
as a Commissioner for Zone 1 of the San Diego County Flood
Control for a term expiring October, 1984:
CARL NEISWENDER
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the adjourned City of Carlsbad, California, at a/Regular Meeting thereof, held
the 28th day of October , 1980, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None .
