RESOLUTION NO. 6333
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A DONATION OF ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00)
WHEREAS, the Encinitas Optimist Club has given the City of
Carlsbad a donation of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to be
used to purchase a softball backstop for Levante School/Park; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to accept this gift pursuant
to Sections 37354 and 37355 of the California Government Code:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the recitations are true and correct.
2. That the City Council accepts the donation of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) on behalf of the
citizens of the City of Carlsbad.
adjourned PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a/regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Carlsbad held on the 28th
October , 1980, by the following vote to wit:
