RESOLUTION NO. 6337
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
CARLSBAD, TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT FOR CROSSING GUARDS.

WHEREAS, the Carlsbad City Council has determined the funds
should be appropriated to hire a crossing guard at the inter-
section of El Camino Real and Tamarack Avenue, and
WHEREAS, the General Fund Contingency Account contains
sufficient funds to cover such appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a transfer of $1,410
from the General Fund Contingency Account to the Part-time
Salaries Account of the Police Department is hereby authorized.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a/ regular meeting of the
City Council on the 28th day of October, 1980 by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
