RESOLUTION NO. 6340
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD APPROVING THE TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT OF 333 EDU'S OF ENCINA SEWER CAPACITY TO THE QUAIL RIDGE AND TEMPLIN HEIGHTS SUBDIVISIONS.
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval of the Quail Ridge and
Templin Heights Subdivisions include provisions that the final
maps will not be approved unless the City Council finds that
sewer service is available to serve the project; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Calavera Hills Reclamation Facilities
are under construction and scheduled for completion within six
months; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has recently acquired 1800 EDU'S
of Encina sewage treatment capacity of which only a small part
has been issued; and
WHEREAS, the actual completion and occupying of homes in the
two subdivisions will not occur until after the Calavera Plant is
completed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That 225 EDU'S of Encina Treatment Capacity is found to
be available for the Quail Ridge Subdivision and 108 EDU'S of
such capacity is found to be available for the Templin Heights
subdivision.
3. That the 333 EDU'S of Encina Treatment Capacity shall be
returned to the Encina Sewer Service Area at such time as the
City determines, but after the completion and acceptance of the

adjourned PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a/regular meeting of the
City Cou&.l of the City of Carlsbad, California, on the 28th
day of October , 1980, by the following vote to wit:
