RESOLUTION NO. 6341
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICLES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad as
fol 1 ows :
1. That the bid of Hertz Corporation; 9601 S. Sepulveda Blvd.;
Los Angeles, California 90045, is hereby accepted and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of six
vehicles for the total price of $24,797.64.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City of Carlsbad at a regular
neeting held on the 4th day of Nov. , 1980, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
