RESOLUTION NO. 6342
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAy APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASING OFFICER OF THE CITY TO INVITE BIDS FOR A HIGH PRESSURE WATER JET ROBBER AND VACUUM MACHINE,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, has
determined that it is necessary and in the public interest to acquire
a high pressure jet rodder and vacuum machine; and
WHEREAS, specifications for said high pressure water jet rodder and
vacuum machine have been prepared and have been filed in the Office of
the City Clerk of the City of Carlsbad;
NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of the City of
Carlsbad, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.

That the specifications are hereby approved.
That the Purchasing Officer of the City is hereby authorized and
directed to proceed to publish in accordance with law, Notice to Vendors
inviting bids for the high pressure water jet rodder and vacuum machine
hereinabove described in accordance with the specifications hereinabove
referred to.

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Carlsbad, at a regular meeting held on the 4th day of November 1980,
by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
