RESOLUTION NO. 6346
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIAy APPROVING THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 05 TO
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT.
LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 11-5308 AND AUTHORIZING
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Carlsbad as follows:
1. That the City of Carlsbad does hereby approve and agree to the Pro-
gram Supplement No. 05 to the Local Agency-State Agreement No. 11-5308, a copy
of the program supplement is attached and incorporated by reference into this
resol uti on.
2. That the Mayor of the City of Carlsbad is by this resolution author-
ized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Carlsbad the said Pro-
gram Supplement No. 05 to provide raised pavement markers on Rancho Santa Fe
Road and Palomar Airport Road.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad,
, 1980, by the following at a regular meeting held the 4th day of November
vote, to wit:
AYES : Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES : None
ABSENT: None
