RESOLUTION NO. 6359
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A BID, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
FUGAL PUMP. CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF A CENTRI-
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California,
as follows:
1. That the bid from L. B. Pump and Maintenance, Inc.; 236 N. Sunset;
City of Industry, CA 91744, is hereby accepted and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to execute a contract for the purchase of a centrifugal
pump in the amount of $6,306.00 plus tax, for a total of $6,684.36.
2. That Transfer NO. 35 is hereby approved transferring $1,685
from Account No. 01-128-2630 to Account No. 01-128-3900.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Carlsbad
at a regular meeting held on the 18th day of November 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
