RESOLUTION NO. 6360
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING INTENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF OCEAN STREET.
The City Council of the City of Carlsbad, California, does hereby resolve
1s follows:
1. The City Council of the City of Carlsbad does hereby declare its
intention to proceed under the provisions of Street Vacation Act of 1941 to
iacate that certain portion of Ocean Street located on the westerly side of
the street, immediately south of Cypress Avenue and on Exhibit "A'! attached
iereto.
2. A public hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers at 1200
zlm Avenue, Carlsbad, California at 6:OO P.M., on DecemberlG, 1980, for the
iurpose of hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed
tacation.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council,
sf the City of Carlsbad, held the l8thday of November , 1980, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Packard, Casler, Anear, Lewis and Kulchin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
