RESQLLJTIOS NO, 6362 . * A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF CARLSBAD , CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
OF CONSIDERATION FOR VARIOUS EASE:MENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Carlsbad has
approved the acquisition of right-of-way to accommodate the
widening of Carlsbad Boulevard from Tamarack Avenue to Elm Avenue;
and
WHEREAS, appraisals have been made for the seventeen parcels
of property which are necessary for the proposed project; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined it to be in the
public interest to acquire said rights-of-way and authorize
payment of consideration;
NOW, TREREFC;;IE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Carlsbad, California as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct;
2. That the Finance Director is authorized to make
payment of consizsration r- to the following- party
amount:

LLOYD M. and DORIS ELAINE JOHNSON Not to e.xceed $1,125.00
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
Carlsbad City Council held on the18thday of November . , 1980, by
